My mom and dad bought new trees and shrubs to plant along our back fence. So, I decided to help. I even sat in the freshly dug holes so they would be safe. My dad kept telling me I was in the way, but I wasn't - I was helping! The best part about planting new trees -earthworms! 
They are a delicious little treat that you have to watch closely for. Sometimes they bury themselves in the dirt so you have to dig your nose around in the soil for a while before you come up with one - but, boy the extra work is worth the effort. The only bad part? They make my mouth slimy and I start to drool. I love summer time!
